Water Rights & Certificates
Three Sisters Irrigation District (TSID) holds state-issued water rights that authorize the diversion and use of surface and groundwater for irrigation and district operations. These water rights are a foundational part of how water is delivered to lands within the district.
The certificates below are issued by the Oregon Water Resources Department (OWRD) and document TSID’s perfected water rights, including the authorized source, place of use, point of diversion, and priority date.
TSID operates its water system in accordance with these certificates and applicable state law. Copies are provided here for transparency and public reference.
