Emilia Ellington is the District Manager for Three Sisters Irrigation District and has been with the district for nearly two years. She brings a background in accounting, human resources, and nonprofit leadership, and now manages TSID’s finances, compliance, projects, and administrative operations.

Emilia values hands-on learning and enjoys the challenge of understanding every aspect of the district — from financial stewardship to infrastructure projects and partnerships. She is proud to serve the agricultural community and is deeply committed to supporting the long-term success of the district.
